NCC Simply Christmas Bazaar - 2025

The Simply Christmas Bazaar will be Saturday, December 6th from 9:00am – 2:00pm at Northwest Christian Church – Newberg Campus, 2315 Villa Road, Newberg.

Setup will begin at 7:30am.  Clean up completed by 3pm.

Cost is $20 per space/table.
 
Each space is an area 10’ x 10’. Typically you can fit one 5’ table in that space. If you need more space than that, you will need to reserve more than once space. We highly encourage each vendor to bring their own tables, as we have a limited number. You may reserve one table per space until we run out of tables. If you do not indicate that you need tables, but do not bring your own, we cannot guarantee availability.
 
I understand that no products with derogatory language or images will be allowed.
 
I understand that I need to have my booth manned the whole time, from 9:00 – 2:00pm. If I cannot stay the whole time, I will not participate this year.
